Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Golden Kundli ("Golden Kundli", "we"). By using Golden Kundli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Golden Kundli.

Golden Kundli is operated by Lumiere Labs, 62 Citadel Meadow Gardens NW, Calgary, Alberta T3G 5N4, Canada. Paid checkout, new credit purchases, and new premium subscriptions are currently disabled while complete-report fulfilment is verified. No payment should be taken while this notice is in effect.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golden Kundli, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other linked policies. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Golden Kundli. If you are under 18, you may only use Golden Kundli with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using Golden Kundli, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details with others. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Sub-profile responsibility

You may create sub-profiles for family members and dependents. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you enter for others and for ensuring you have the legal right or authorisation to do so.

5. Child profile consent

If you enter information about a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian or otherwise legally authorized to provide that information and to use Golden Kundli on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children without such authorisation.

6. Nature of Golden Kundli

Golden Kundli is a spiritual, cultural, entertainment, self-reflection, and personal organisation support platform. It is not a replacement for science, therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychology, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, immigration advice, education counselling, real estate guidance, construction advice, engineering advice, architecture advice, home inspection, or any other qualified professional service.

Do not make major life, medical, legal, financial, immigration, real estate, education, marriage, business, or safety decisions based only on Golden Kundli outputs.

7. No guaranteed predictions

Content prepared by Golden Kundli is one possible interpretation based on the details you provide, for reflection only. We do not claim guaranteed futures, accurate predictions, or specific results. Golden Kundli does not predict death, guarantee medical cures, promise visa or legal outcomes, or assure investment or business results.

8. No God-speaking claim

Golden Kundli does not claim that a deity, spirit, or supernatural entity is communicating through it. Content is produced by software and is for cultural and spiritual reflection only.

9. No professional advice

Nothing in Golden Kundli constitutes medical, legal, financial, immigration, tax, psychological, architectural, engineering, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making major decisions.

10. User-provided information accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete birth details or other inputs will reduce the relevance of the content prepared for you. We are not liable for outputs based on inaccurate inputs.

11. Uploaded file responsibility

Any files you upload (horoscopes, kundlis, jathakams, or other documents) must be files you have the legal right to upload and share. Do not upload files that contain content that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates another person's privacy without their consent.

12. Digital file retention for 90 days

Free Mini Granths, Full Premium Granths, and uploaded files are stored in your dashboard for 90 days from the date of generation or upload. After 90 days, files are permanently deleted. Please download and save any file you wish to retain. We do not restore expired files.

13. Payments and digital products

Payments are currently disabled. When verified payments reopen, paid products will be personalised digital goods prepared from your details. The current price and every included chapter will be shown before checkout. A Full Premium Granth will not be offered for sale until its generation, storage, download, email and recovery journey has passed end-to-end review.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Golden Kundli never sees or stores your card number.

14. Refund rules

Please see our Refund Policy for the full refund terms. In summary: Free Mini Granths are free. Full Premium Granths are digital products; once generated and delivered, refunds may be limited. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us and we will review your case.

15. Wallet and credits

Existing Golden Credits may be used only for a feature clearly labelled as available. New credit purchases, subscriptions and premium-report redemption are currently disabled. Before any future credit purchase, the amount, price, permitted uses, expiry and refund rules will be shown clearly.

16. Prohibited use

You agree not to: misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute platform content or files except for your personal reflection; use Golden Kundli to harm, defraud, or mislead others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Golden Kundli; use Golden Kundli for any unlawful purpose.

17. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse Golden Kundli, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we consider necessary to protect users or Golden Kundli. We will provide notice where reasonable and practical.

18. Intellectual property

Golden Kundli, its design, branding, and content structure are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the files you generate through Golden Kundli for your own reflection only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish platform content commercially.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Kundli is not liable for any decisions made based on platform outputs, any loss or damage resulting from use of or reliance on Golden Kundli, any inaccuracy in astrological, numerological, or Vastu content, or any file loss after the 90-day retention period. Golden Kundli is provided "as is" and "as available" for reflection purposes only.

20. Changes to Golden Kundli

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of Golden Kundli at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of Golden Kundli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
